Where is Semisub® One Located?

Semisub® One is located 10 minutes from Waikiki, at the Pier 9, Aloha Tower Marketplace, 1 Aloha Tower Drive, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813.

 

Do You Have Transportation Services to the Pier?

Yes, we do! Round-trip transportation is available from major pick-up points in Waikiki for only $15.00 per person, round trip.

 

Are There Cruises Every Day?

Yes!

 

If We Drive, Is There Parking Available?

Yes. Paid parking is avilable at the Piers 5 and 6 at the Aloha Tower Marketplace. Additional nearby parking may be found across the street at Topa Financial Center, Pacific Guardian Center, Harbor Court, and Harbor Square. Please inquire for current rates at these facilities. Note: Parking facilities are not owned and operated by Semisub and are subject to change without notice. If you are coming from Waikiki Hotels, consider upgrading to our round trip transportation services.

 

What is the Dress Code for Cruises?

There are no slippers or flip-flops allowed for any cruise due to safety concerns. For our Friday evening dinner cruises, we suggest resort casual attire. For daytime cruises, casual attire and shorts are always appropriate.

 

How Do We Reserve Our Cruise?

To book your cruise, call us at (808) 202-2038 from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Hawaiian Standard Time, or visit us online anytime. Upon requesting your cruise online, your credit card will be charged. Within 24 hours, you will receive a reply from Semisub One, confirming your cruise if the date requested is available, or you will be contacted by our Reservations Department. Should we be unable to accommodate your party on another date, a full refund is provided. You may also visit any of the activity desks at your hotel and book us through your concierge.

 

What is the Cancellation Policy and How Do We Makes Changes If Needed?

Changes or cancellations for groups under 10 may be made up to 24 hours prior to your cruise departure, without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours or a “no show” on the cruise date will result in a full charge. To make changes to your reservation, please call us at (808) 202-2038, using your confirmation number as a reference. For groups of 10 or more, please inquire for the group cancellation policy. Note: If you booked your cruise through a partner activity provider, you must cancel or change your reservations directly with them and they will inform us of any changes.

 

What is the Check-In Time at the Pier If We Are Driving or Providing Our Own Transportation?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled department. Allow an additional 15 minutes if you are parking your vehicle in one of the many nearby optional lots.

 

Is There a Special Menu If Someone in Our Party Has Special Dietary Requirements?

Alternative options (fish, chicken, or vegan) are available with 24-hour advance notice. To order an alternative entree, please call (808) 202-2038.

 

Is There a Price for Infants?

Children two and under, sitting on their parent’s lap, are free of charge.

 

Does Your Company Offer Exclusive or Private Transportation Services?

Yes. Private/Exclusive transportation for groups with a minimum of 25 can be arranged for an additional $5.00 per person. A special usage fee may apply for certain hotels. Please call us for more information.

Do Passengers Get Seasick?

It is the open ocean and sometimes people do get seasick. To be safe, take Dramamine a half hour before sailing.
