Semisub® One is located 10 minutes from Waikiki, at the Kewalo Basin Harbor, Slip D-118, 1125 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96814.
Do You Have Transportation Services to the Pier?
Transportation is not included. We found that the fares for bus, Lyft, Uber, or even taxis are usually less than the transportation rates we could provide.
Are There Cruises Every Day?
If We Drive, Is There Parking Available?
Yes. The parking lot for visitors is located on the Diamond Head side of the harbor. The hourly fee is $1.
What is the Dress Code for Cruises?
There are no slippers, flip-flops, or high heeled shoes allowed for any cruise due to safety concerns. For our evening dinner cruises, we suggest resort casual attire. For daytime cruises, casual attire and shorts are always appropriate.
How Do We Reserve Our Cruise?
To book your cruise, call us at (808) 400-9924 from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Hawaiian Standard Time, or visit us online anytime. Upon requesting your cruise online, your credit card will be charged. Within 24 hours, you will receive a reply from Semisub One, confirming your cruise if the date requested is available, or you will be contacted by our Reservations Department. Should we be unable to accommodate your party on another date, a full refund is provided. You may also visit any of the activity desks at your hotel and book us through your concierge.
What is the Cancellation Policy and How Do We Makes Changes If Needed?
Changes or cancellations for groups under 10 may be made up to 48 hours prior to your cruise departure, without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours or a “no show” on the cruise date will result in a full charge. To make changes to your reservation, please call us at (808) 400-9924, using your confirmation number as a reference. For groups of 10 or more, please inquire for the group cancellation policy. Note: If you booked your cruise through a partner activity provider, you must cancel or change your reservations directly with them and they will inform us of any changes.
What is the Check-In Time at the Pier If We Are Driving or Providing Our Own Transportation?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled department. Allow an additional 15-25 minutes if you are parking your vehicle in one of the nearby lots.
Is There a Special Menu If Someone in Our Party Has Special Dietary Requirements?
A gluten free vegan option is available with 24-hour advance notice. To order an alternative meal, please call (808) 400-9924.
Is There a Price for Infants?
Children two and under, sitting on their parent’s lap, are free of charge.
Do Passengers Get Seasick?
It is the open ocean and sometimes people do get seasick. To be safe, if motion sickness is a concern take Dramamine thirty minutes before sailing.
